RV Storage Rates: $5 Per Day or $100 Per Month.
On Site Storage: $150 Per Winter Month with minimum stay of 6 months at monthly rate.

Deposits are required for all reservations. While we will do our best to meet your needs and honor your requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites. We do guarantee a site with the same hookups and the same rate. To reserve a site, a deposit of one night or 25%, (whichever is greater) must be paid in advance. We accept cash, check, credit card or rain checks for sites. Personal checks must be received within 5 business days, or the reservation can be terminated. The balance of your reservation must be paid in full upon arrival, NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservations cannot be shortened after arrival. If dates need to be changed, the changes must be made prior to the date of arrival, a.s.a.p., so that site can still be rented. Whoever makes the reservation is responsible for the reservation. If there is more than one site reserved, the person who made the reservation must pay the balance in full for all the sites at the office upon check in.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Long term RV site rentals (1 month or more) reservation deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your short term reservation prior to 10 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded except for $10.00 per site, and/or, $25.00 per cabin. If you cancel a short term reservation within 10 days of the date of arrival, we cannot issue a refund, but we can offer a rain-check that works like a gift certificate for the entire amount, OR reschedule your reservation at anytime. If you don't show or leave without informing the office, the entire balance of the reservation will be charged. No shows will also be charged the entire balance.
We do not do refunds for early departures, we only offer rain-checks. Rain checks are available upon request for sites, due to weather, or unavoidable and unseen circumstances. We have a new rain-check policy! You can now use them for deposits with a valid credit card number. If you already have one, this now applies to you as well! Below is the new verbiage:
"You must call ahead and make reservations to use this voucher. Rain-checks may be used as deposit with a valid credit card number. If a cancellation occurs at anytime for any reason on a reservation on a rain-check hold, the card will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee and the rain-check will continue to be valid till its expiration date, OR you can choose to invalidate the rain-check and the card will not be charged. Because this works like a gift certificate, this copy must be presented at check in to be valid."
OTHER POLICIES YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT
ALL SITES AND CABINS:
Alcohol is permitted on the campground. It must stay on your site. Quiet time starts at 11:00pm. Excessively loud or drunken behavior will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
We allow 1 (One) vehicle per site (Exceptions for the Group Site Reservations). Vehicles with RV (full hook up sites) need to park them in the gravel on the site and not in the grass on the site (or in the road). If you have an extra vehicle, or your vehicle requires more parking space, you may park in the storage area or pavilion parking lot. Swing by the office to get a pass for the lots. There may be a charge for excessive vehicles registered to a single RV site. Be careful with your vehicle. There will be a fee for any vehicle we have to tow. Any unattended car with an alarm going off may be towed or disabled.
Absolutely NO PETS. If you are caught with a pet in a cabin, you will be asked to leave without a refund, and charged an additional $65.00 cleaning fee. No smoking in the cabins. Check in for cabins is anytime after 2:00pm, and check out is by 11:00am. Late check out can result in charges for another day.
One table per site. Do not move tables from a site without checking with the office first. We do not offer trash pick up at the sites. Please deposit you trash in the nearest dumpster. If that dumpster if full, please find another to put it in. Do not leave the trash on the ground because we like the wild animals to stay in the woods. Pets must be kept on a leash, not left unattended, and cleaned up after. Sewer Donuts are REQUIRED for all septic hook ups. You will be charged for any mishap resulting because one was not used or the septic is hooked up or unhooked improperly. If you have questions, please ask.
Check in for all sites is anytime after 2:00pm, and check out is by 12:00pm. Late check out can result in charges for another day.
No washing of cars, trailers, or RV's on the property. If you plan on a late arrival and have reservations, there will be a map with your name and directions to your site (plus an envelope with a key for cabin rentals) on the bulletin board next to the office door. Pick up your map and stop by or call the next morning to finish check in.
We are open all year, so if you are planning to camp in an RV during the winter and the temperatures are below freezing, you will need to fill your water tanks and disconnect your hose from our faucet and make sure our faucet is off. This prevents our faucet/hydrants from freezing. If you freeze and bust a faucet/hydrant head, you will be charged $150.00 for repairs.
If you did not pay for a site with a sewer, there is a $10.00 fee to use the dump station.
Please use common sense at all times.
ENFORCEMENT OF POLICIES AND FINES ARE AT OUR DISCRETION. VIOLATORS OF ANY POLICY MAY BE FINED FOR DAMAGE AND/OR ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AT ANY TIME.
